Most modern phones are compatible with nano, micro, and standard SIM cards. If you're unsure, check your phone's specifications or contact our support team for assistance.

Insert the SIM card into your phone and follow the activation instructions provided. Typically, you’ll need to restart your phone after inserting the SIM card. For eSIMs, you might need to scan a QR code or enter activation details manually.

Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly. If the problem persists, check if the SIM card or the contacts are damaged or dirty. You can gently clean the contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth. If issues continue, contact our support team for further assistance.

Yes, you can move your SIM card to another compatible device. Make sure the device is unlocked and supports the type of SIM card you are using. Be aware that switching devices may require you to reconfigure network settings.

To check if your phone supports eSIM, you can look in the device settings under mobile network settings or use a USSD code (like *#06#) to see if your device has an EID number. eSIM-compatible devices are becoming more common, but it's best to verify before attempting to use an eSIM.
